Courtyard by Marriott Knoxville Airport Alcoa Rooms

The rooms were great the facilities were clean the staff was extremely polite and helpful

I missed the breakfast by 5 minutes. The hamburger the night before was way overpriced but it was good.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Everyone from the desk to the cafe was so nice and friendly.

When I called to confirm our reservations the lady I talked to was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She apologized for the wrong information, I was given earlier, about a late night pick up. We chatted a bit and she said she might be on duty when we arrived. Sure enough, she was, and checked us in. She made us feel like old friends. Check in was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name, but I can't.
